Discovery Step by Step
Fill out the form
Our discovery form is designed to help you capture what you want to work on. In about 20 minutes you will document some of the background information about your business as well your market. You’ll finish by letting us know what you are struggling with.
Do an interview
We keep the human in the conversation. We’ll do a follow up interview to make sure we understand what you’ve submitted. Additionally, we work through some insight questions that have been generated that are unique to you and your company. This helps inform the proprietary GPTs that we’ve built to create the problem statement.
Review the problem
Without a clear understanding of the problem we are working on, any innovation process is flawed. We’ll send you the problem statement for comment. This is a document that captures what we’ve discussed as well as industry and regional problems to gain as much insight as we can to capture the problems we’ll work on. Once confirmed, the fun starts!
Decide on some experiments
We’ve developed a string of GPTs that will analyze your problem, make suggestions, analyze risk and propose several experiments. These experiments will be work that we can do together to find the best solution to the problem you are working on.
Experiment. Learn. Iterate.
Sometimes we nail it on the first go. Sometimes, it takes a few rounds. We’ll work as fast as we can to explore each experiment, share the results, learn with you and find a successful solution. This process of ship, evaluate, learn, repeat is an excellent way to make sure we are moving the solution forward.
Release your learning to the wild.
Once we have a solution to an experiment that we like, we can deploy it to your team, your organization, or your users. In the implement phase, we will be finalizing the solution and polishing all the corners. With this work completed, you will have implemented an innovative solution to the problem you began with.

Discoveries are a flat fee that cover everything needed to figure out which experiments to do.
Experiment & Impliment
$250 per hour
Experiment and Implement work are billed at $250 per hour. Experiments typically take less than five hours.

Do I need any technical expertise or infrastructure before starting?

Who owns the AI solutions once they're implemented?
You do. Any custom solutions we develop for your business belong to you once the project is complete. We'll ensure your team knows how to operate and maintain everything independently. We often will help you setup third party services for the solution and those fees are up to you. Of course, if you want to keep us around you can, but that’s totally up to you.
How do you ensure the security of our business data?
We use strict data handling protocols. We'll outline exactly what data we need and how it's protected during Discovery, and we're happy to sign any additional security agreements you require. Lastly, we’ve researched which services will support FERPA and HIPAA requirements and know not to start down a path we can’t confidently support.
What’s a problem domain?
With AI, it’s frequently best to be as specific as you can. So we work in problem domains to help steer us to a clear problem statement. A problem domain might be something like marketing content, sales analysis, or employee onboarding. If you don’t know, that’s ok. We’ll help you find it.
